FAQ

You can access the account creation page from one of two ways:

1: Click on the menu at the top right of the page, go to About and then Pricing if you haven’t made and paid for an account.

2: Click on the menu at the top right of the page, go to Account, and you will be directed to the log in page, where you may access your account.

To make things simpler, log into your account through the methods above, then go to the URL at the top of the page and click the star to bookmark it. Then you can click on the bookmarked URL for quicker access to your account.

To delete a project, you must first ensure that all files within it have been deleted.

This requirement is designed as a protective measure to prevent accidental deletion of your entire project. In a script breakdown tool—where projects typically contain detailed, interconnected files such as scene breakdowns, character analyses, tagging structures, and annotated scripts—losing everything by mistake would mean starting over from scratch and using more words/funds. By requiring you to delete files individually first, the system adds an intentional layer of confirmation, helping safeguard your progress and ensuring that deletions are deliberate rather than irreversible errors.

All major forms of payment including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay.

We measure usage in words—counting every word in your uploaded script (input) plus every highlighted word in the output—for several key reasons that make the system fairer and more sustainable than a flat “per-script” model.

This approach prevents abuse by discouraging excessively long or repetitive uploads that could overload our servers. It ensures transparency and predictability: you can easily track and forecast how your 20,000, 40,000, or 80,000-word subscription quota is used, with no hidden fees or surprises.

It also promotes fairness—a short script uses far fewer words than a feature-length one, so users with different project sizes get equitable value. Finally, this granular system aligns costs with actual resource usage, helping us maintain high-quality AI performance while keeping pricing accessible and tailored to your real needs.

The AI is told to highlight: Scene Headings, Characters, Extras/Background Actors, Hair and Makeup, Props, Costumes, Set Decoration, Vehicles/Animals, VFX/SPFX.

All elements have customization in settings to change the colour used to highlight each element.

We have tuned the AI to be at least 90% accurate. As new AI models are released and improved, so will our AI. Ideally within 5 years it can be 100% accurate.

After the AI’s breakdown says “Completed” the far right of the file there should be three dots, once clicked there should be three options:

1: Download the Original Script file in a PDF format.

2: Download the Highlighted Breakdown Script in a PDF format.

3: Download the Breakdown Sheet in Excel format.
